Pellegrino Fine Arts Academy is proud to introduce you to violin, viola, and piano instructor Patricia Coffland.
Pat brings a wealth of education and performance experience to our
studio. With her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from California
University of Redlands, and a Performance Certificate from Dartington
College of Arts in Totnes, England, Pat has performed with various
ensembles throughout the United States, England, Germany, and Belgium.
In addition to her performance career, Pat served as String Program Director for Tuscon City Schools and has extensive experience as a private string instructor. Pat's educational philosophy is as follows: "I strive to make lessons fun and challenging. The private lesson format is highly individualized and must be tailored to a student's abilities, strengths, and needs. As a teacher, I place a strong emphasis on both technical and musical development for each student." We are proud to have Pat on our staff!
