Fine Arts Academy is pleased to introduce you to our newest
violin/viola instructor, Barbara Phelps-Hutson. Barbara comes to us from
Colorado Springs, Colorado where she served as the string instructor at
Russell Middle School of the Performing Arts and Sciences. In addition
to holding Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Music History
degrees from University of Rhode Island, Barbara holds a Master of Music
History degree from University of Wyoming. Barbara Phelps-Hutson
